A to Z Random Post # 4 - D - Divorce !

With an aching heart, the judge looked at the young couple seated before him.

Lost love.

Broken trust.

That could never help them in reconciliation….

He looked at the young girl, who had sealed her lips tight, and at her husband, who seemed determined to get out of the relationship at any cost.

He sighed, as he awarded the divorce and signed the papers.

He thought of the day she had argued with him to marry the man of her choice.

Now she was  fighting for freedom  from the same relationship.

And his daughter had won her case, yet again !

  24. two things.... one i loved how u connected the agony of a father in both situations a wedding and a divorce, to that of a judge who can merely pass the judgement..... only they happen to be the same person is even more ironic..... superb!!

and second, did u notice that ur story theme for D and this happen to be on the same wavelength? again.... superb!!
